Shipping and Delivery Policy

This is a digital service

MyRealm Vault is delivered entirely over the internet. There is no physical product, nothing is posted or couriered to you, and no shipping charge is ever added to a payment.

When access begins

A paid plan is active as soon as the payment gateway confirms the payment, which is normally within a few seconds. Your new storage limit applies immediately and there is nothing to wait for.

If a payment succeeded but your plan has not changed within an hour, write to support@myrealm.online with the payment reference and we will correct it.

Delivering files to your recipients

Files you upload are available on their share link as soon as the upload finishes and the malware scan completes. A scan normally takes seconds; a file that has not yet been scanned is not served, which is deliberate.

Download speed depends on the recipient connection and is not something we can promise a figure for.

The service is available anywhere with an internet connection.
